That’s some very fine eats for tea!

I suppose you hold the end of the bone between your thumb and index fingers whilst extending your pinky finger outward towards the sky. Enjoy!

Regiona/Age thing in the UK, either Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner or Breakfast, Dinner & Tea. I'm an old fart from the Midlands and it has always been Breakfast Dinner & Tea. I've never stuck my pinky anywhere let alone outward :)

I kid of course. Just cool to hear you refer to your meal as tea. I learned something because I would have assumed tea was at noon or earlier in the day. Sounds lime it’s an evening thing for you? Either way, those ribs deserve High praise!

My version of fajitas. Flat iron cooked while then sliced. Onions and peppers.

Fried Jerk Chicken Strips 30 minutes Smokeboost then coated in flour & jerk seasoning and egg wash twice. Then 12 minutes fried in Vegetable Shortening at 450F. Lovely flavour though not exactly Caribbean as served with Mushy Peas on the side :)
