Thought I would post this as a bit of humor for those struggling to get their Weber Pellet grill to perform as desired.
One of my relatives was over a while back and witnessed my smoking some ribs for dinner. He asked about my ex4 and I explained the pros and cons of pellet grills to him as well as why I opted for a Weber, as he is a long-time Weber fan.
He texted my wife a day or so ago and said he wanted my advice on getting a pellet smoker, but I never heard back. Yesterday he texted her again and said he has just picked up his new pellet smoker, fully assembled “ at a great price”, complete with a bag of pellets and accessories.
He did not name the brand of the unit he purchased, but said he was going to “fire ‘er up” for dinner. Last night he texted her again and said he was very disappointed with his initial foray into pellet grills and would be finishing dinner on his charcoal camping grill in the backyard and was considering returning it.
Why? His neighborhood had a sustained power outage...sometimes S- - T just happens that is totally beyond our control.
