Searwood 600
I am new to Weber probes. I just got a Searwood 600 and the first cook went okay after dealing with an E16 code for a day. But I found the included probe part number but there is nothing online to buy one. Nothing on google either. How do I get a second Weber probe? I’d like to just order a few so I have them on hand.

They do have additional meat probes, they just aren’t on the website yet. Part #2400378, you have to contact support to order.

$32.69 before tax/shipping, significantly more than the old probes. It’s a bit frustrating because the old probes are not compatible with the searwood, they only include 1 in a $1200 grill, and the raised the price on the probe on top of it all.

It's there ,I ordered one. It's on the website fir 19.95 plus 7.95 shipping. I wish I would have known, I would g a very ordered the second one. I still think they should gave gave the second one with the order. Anything to make a buck.
Not complaining though.
I smoked a 14 lbs pork shoulder at 180 gor 6 hours and then at 225.
It took 26 hours to get it up to 205. Well worth the wait. It's the best smoker I have ever bought. I o we n a big chief but that I'd different style of smoking . I recommend the searwood 600 or the xl if you have a bigger family or for more community cooking.

I absolutely love my 600 smoker. Going to buy a grill yo ho with it ,when I can afford it. Retired and disabled. So it takes a while yo build up the money.

My wife bought it the grill fir my birthday . Saud it would be easier on me , she was right . I get it started , then leave it alone. All is on my phone to adjust it change w h at I need . Prove helps to make sure your doing the right thing. Second probe to be more accurate. They gave ne a discount when I signed up , but don't know how that work a ,since I'm paying 20.00 plus 8 for shipping . You think they would have your info yo help you out .

I still think weber is the way to go. Even though I heard about the smokefire which had problems.
Anyways , I have never had a problem and so far with the searwood 600 gas been nothing but amazing. I gad a gold series for 20 years. I whole new way of cooking and I've been totalling impressed. I can do things I gave never done before . I'm going to buy the grill , but 199.00 going to take awhile. Oh I buy my pellets at cistco because it's the cheapest price. 12.99 gor a 40 lbs bag. I really think saving is a good thing. I think the smoking is fine and I x ant tell much difference in buying more expensive b bags.. I t think it's a gimmick. Oh we make better pellets.

That's just my opinion.

Thank you for listening.

Bradley

I read you can use a ThermoPro probe. I have 2, but have not tried out yet.
EDIT: No, not the same size plug.
