Hi, I have done griling in my backyard almost 30 years now. Most of time with older gasgrills by Landmann but last years have only Weber products in my backyard and summerhome.
I have wait when Weber come to pellet competition and buy my own EX6 right away when they arrive here in Finland. Now just try to work with other peoples to get Weber Pelletgrill working right. Some how I believe that one day they are most wanted smoker brand in market. Lot of job still to do, but I stand with Weber.
With all the best for yo 9F4D168E-E91B-42DA-B7F4-A5C16622A3FB.webp

Thank`s abmet, everything was great. I make in those pictures some burgers, potatoes, grilling mushcrooms, vegetables, etc but when I start smoking that almost 2 kg salmon file at same evening, temperature didn`t stay settings after 45 minutes. First It drop from 175 C to 140 C so I set it to 220 C to compensate. It get there after 10 minutes and then drop down to 170 but because salmon is done I turn off my EX6. During that day I use mixing pellets (Weber + Traeger 50-50) so after dinner I clean up pellet hopper and augur etc. After cleaning I make testing with 300 C and everything went great. Let see how it works rest of this week :)

Hopefully all smooth and you don’t have the issues others have run into. That’s a big piece of salmon. One of my favorite things to do on the SmokeFire.
