So how do you replace casters and which ones/what size does a person get?

One of the best mods for these Smokefires. I had the larger casters on hand when I received my Smokefire delivery.

I brought home a house jack and jacked it up on one end and swapped them out. I think Abmet had an easy way he used. They are threaded in.
I used these.

After looking, it’s just unscrew, then screw in new? Ive seen bolts on the top of the caster threads. Are these bolts used?

Yeah...nuts....deez 🔩
I just researched Amazon and even looked for red ones, those ones I and others bought look like the best option to me.
That being said I did get a little rust inside on my wheels, looks like it’s on the metal that is the actual locking brake. They still look good and work great.

I have the same ones...makes moving the unit around a breeze.

I used a bucket and some scrap wood to raise a side off the ground to install mine. Just don’t go so high that it would tip over.
