EX6, 3, 22” kettles, 18” kettle and a e310 gasser
This is what I’m making for the family on Christmas Eve. Left the bone in on the roast. Cut about 7 nice ribeye steaks out of the other. Cooking the ribs and some other chunks. Steaks are stacked in the plastic bag.

Vac sealed and in the freezer, those will make a couple of great meals! I’ll do one on the kettle rotisserie for sure!

Just about to dry brine this before smoking tomorrow ready for for Xmas day supper. It makes a great gift for friends too.
