Just ordered my Searwood and can't wait. I have been smoking for about 15 years Started out with the charcoal water pan, moved to gas vertical smoker then about 10 years with ReqTeq. Switching to Searwood because I think there is more versatility here. Like the idea of flame sear, ability to use grill, pizza stone and spit. Looking forward to exchange of tips and recipes
