Hello from central Kansas. I’ve had Weber grills and smokers for many years. Currently rocking a Spirit gasser and a 22” Kettle. Both get plenty of work year round. My latest addition is griddle insert for the Spirit. This isn’t exactly in my wheelhouse but hopefully I can gain some knowledge from the members here. Have a safe and happy Independence Day and cook something outside.
