Grill shuts down after start.

Power supply and Controller replaced with new parts. Power up, all looks ok. Controller powers and lights up and then goes blank within 30 seconds. Once this happens, no restart no controller turn on. Everything stays blank. Checked output voltage of power supply at 24 volts.
Called customer support, no answer.

I encountered a comparable issue. The solution was to replace the glow plug.
After setting the desired temperature and pushing the button to start the gril. I heard the auger starting, but after about 30 seconds everything stopped.
