Hi everyone. My name is Urmil, live in Johns Creek, GA and work as a federal government consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton. I've been using a Ducane gas grill for the last 10 years and this is my first foray into a pellet cooker. I received my EX6 on 2/14 and have been tinkering for the last few days. I've only had one cook (beef ribs) and it turned out great! Hoping to stay lucky and not experience any of the major hardware issues others have encountered. I'm also hoping that Weber puts a little more effort into the software side, as it's pretty sad at this point. I look forward to gaining wisdom from everyone in this forum that has far more experience with pellet cookers and smokers in general!
