Hello from Central Florida

I recently picked up the 28" 3 burner propane griddle. Seems like this was one of the first griddles Weber produced and now that they have come out with the Slate there was a great price on this previous generation.

My main outdoor cooking device since moving to Florida 4 years ago is a large size Big Green Egg (BGE). When I lived in Boston I had a Brinkmann offset smoker and a standard gas grill, but never had a Weber before. Hoping to pick up some tips for the griddle here, and to contribute when I can.
