Greetings! I recently purchased a Searwood 600 Pellet Grill and since I'm new to smoking anything, I decided to join the forum so I could learn from those who are experienced. I've had a few cooks already under my belt (Whole Rotisserie Chicken and Smoked Chuck Roast). I've already learned about the use of a liquid as well as cooking to the temp and not worry about time. Chicken and Roast were very well smoked, but dried out. I am enjoying the whole new experience though and look forward to learning from others.
