Hello smokers

Hello all,

I am Neil from the UK. I purchased the Smokefire after considering the issues and promises that all had been fixed.

Unfortunately not the case for my one but that's another story.

I have an EX4 which has joined my Weber family of around ten, both charcoal and gas. Been reading for a while now but only just thought to introduce myself.

I have the EX 4, too. Which issues do you have ?

I’ve honestly had very few issues luckily. I did remove the hopper finger guard and replaced the auger assembly with the welded one also. I did have the probes freeze up during a cook and stop reporting the actual temp of the meat. Fortunately the grill continued to run at the right temp and cook turned out fine, just had to monitor with my thermapen.
