I joined last night. I tried to join last week but for some reason my Comcast email confirmation never went through so I made another account. I got the EX6 and was worried about keeping it after the negative reviews but I decided having a grill instead of just a smoker like my Treager it was worth the gamble.

Welcome! I’m keeping my EX4 too. so far I haven’t experienced any issues and it looks like Weber is working to make things right. I’ve seen a couple people receive new augers or controllers to attempt to fix issues with their cookers not get up to or holding 600.

I love it. I have used it everyday I have had it so far. I have not done a long smoke yet but after only having a pellet smoker for the past 2 years I am going grill crazy. Done fish, Carne Asada, burgers, wings and tri-tip that had a beautiful reverse sear.
