Hi - I’m “Rich The Artist” from Chicago. Was a Weber kettle user for the entirety of my life and happily moved over to a Smokefire EX4 (2nd Gen) a couple of seasons ago.
Huge BBQ enthusiast and always looking to learn more and improve my bbq/smoking game (really interested in learning about cold smoking to make my own lox) Looking forward to learning more tips, tricks and recipies…as well as correcting fails. The first attempt at Beef jerky…yikes! Bruised the ego a little bit. Thanks for welcoming me in.
