I have had a Weber Spirit ll for a couple of years.

I recently acquired a Weber EX6 pellet grill.

I am in the process of cleaning it thoroughly.

I would appreciate any suggestions on anything about the grill.

My first cook will be a brisket. I am still cleaning the grill up from the previous owner but should have it ready to go by this weekend.
