Issues with the new firmware?

I updated my firmware last week and over the weekend my grill had 3 flameouts and claimed it was shutdown improperly. The ribs and the roast I was smoking had a horrible texture because I had no warning and basically my cook stopped and I had to restart 3 times. The grill has had the usual problems everyone else has had but at least I was getting good results before the update.
Anyone else had this issue?

Same here. I just went to fire mine up and had the same issue. Flame out error E3. Now it won’t fire up at all. Easter weekend and I have two days of smoking to do. Not happening now. Some things are best left alone. Mine was working fine until this update.
On another note I had to use Weber brand pellets because I ran out of my usual so I gave them a try. Attached is the photo I took of the Weber dust coming from the auger tube. They completely broke down into dust. This Smokefire isn’t left outside it’s in my garage for storage so this is just bad manufacturing.
