Got some Jamaican Jerk rub off Amazon and did a chicken. Light oil and rub on the paste and cook. Nice and spicy chicken .

250 F about 45min per pound. Cooked until internal 165 F and then let it sit for an hour. I shredded it in my pan to let the meat soak up the drippings. Was really tasty.
