Smokefire ex 4, WSM 22, Weber Summit charcoal S6, Weber 22” kettle, Weber Summit natural gas grilling station, various Traegers, Camp Chef WW36, couple BGE’s, pit barrel cooker, and some other stuff
Put on a small packer last night. Took it off this morning and put in oven on low (170). I was gonna fire up the WSM for the ribs but figured the Smokefire is already rolling so I seasoned three racks of BB’s and on they went. I have two chickens in Malcolm Reed’s new chicken brine. I’ll spatchcock those and throw them on in a couple hours. Feast!!!!!!

Steak and potatoes. Home grown asparagus (but cooked on the stove). Potatoes were finished in the oven. Steak was reverse seared.
