Did my 1st ever pork belly and it turned out to be amazing. Did 1 hour at 180 to get a good smoke ring and then did 5 hours at 225. Was so good
The Searwood was so easy to cook with and it was nice not having to hover over my cooker to make sure my temps didn’t get out of control.
Doing St Louis ribs tomorrow.
