New to the Searwood but not pellet grills, Have been using a Treager for many years, finally wore it out. No longer needed a large grill so decided to go smaller. Research led to the Searwood 600, so far I'm happy with that decision. Learning how to adapt my techniques to it. First two cooks tuned out pretty good. Did some baby backs and grilled steaks, ribs were good, good smoke and not over done. The steaks were ok, but got a little over done, I'll figure it out. Have several other things to try.
