Just got the best Christmas present ever - a Weber SmokeFire EX6 Stealth!! I've been grilling for more than 40 years - Weber Smokey Joe, 18"/22" kettles, 3 different Weber gas grills. Been smoking for about the same, first with chips on charcoal, then a Brinkman water smoker, then Masterbuilt electric smokers. Looking forward to unlocking the potential of the SmokeFire!
