Hello everyone... Here’s a shot of our recent cook. Ribs smoked 225 total cook time 5 hours. 2-2-1 method. The smoke ring was crazy never sent like that before I guess we got lucky

Great looking ribs.
Did some myself last night. A rootbeer bourbon glazed baby backs. Cooked for 4 1/2 hrs at 250.
These I did not wrap these and they came out really moist and a lot of flavor.
