Prime Brisket

I picked up an 11.0 lbs brisket for about 30.00. 2.69 a lbs. I’m thinking that’s not a bad price for prime... I asked the butcher guy at Costco, where I got it. Asked if that was normal price for prime. He said yes, it’s always that price...
