- EX6, 3, 22” kettles, 18” kettle and a e310 gasser
Ribeye. From the other end of the rib roast. Very tender. Very yummy. SmokeFire set to 500. About a 6 minutes on each side. Turning every three minute. Thin wires don’t really leave good crosshatch. Toasted some garlic French bread. Made some cheese broccoli stuff.
