Did some veggies and cubed up a beef roast. Threw it together with some taters, some cream of mushroom soup.

Don’t like it. LOVE IT!

My wife is always questioning my seasoning of food I cook. Well, she actually was the most vocal in the “this is real good” department. I used garlic salt, black pepper and those red pepper flakes. Probably about a tablespoon each.

That's my go-to seasoning combination for both beef and pork. However, I don't use garlic-salt, I instead use Kosher salt, ground pepper, granulated garlic and red pepper flakes. I rub all the meat with the seasoning and olive oil and always leave time for it all to sit so the meat can warm up and the seasoning can hydrate and get into the meat.

Beef tastes like beef and pork tastes like pork. ;)
