Searwood app problem

Got my Searwood last week.
Did the initial burn-in without any issues.
Two days ago did my first cook. In the morning of that day the app on my cellphone got updated.
I can shut down the grill from the app , set timer and set reminder for specific temperature But I can’t change the temperature
Also "Now Grilling" section of the app doesn’t show anything. It was working a few days ago when I did the initial burn-in.

I sent a ticket to Weber two days ago, but didn't hear anything back from them.

Is it me or Webber messed up the app for everybody ?
 
I encountered the same issues. Several of the controls are now missing from the app. For example, you cannot start or stop smokeboost. Not sure what the update did, but I don’t like it at all.
 
It did the same to me. I suspect there will be a new update shortly to fix it.
 
I haven’t tried it yet, but someone on Reddit suggested that unpairing the app and pairing it again might help.

I had the same issue. I talked to tech at Webber and I deleted the app and reinstalled. Everything is there now.
 
There's was an update a few days ago that fixed this issue
