Hello. John B from southern OREGON coast. I am looking to maybe purchase a SEARWOOD, so am researching what everyone has , and also what sort of problems that may occur. Plus good recipes. I had another brand pellet grills, and well, i ran into more problems with them, that i care to mention. I turned them into "boat anchors" . Looking at the SEARWOOD YOUTUBE channel videos, i like the way alot of it is designed. "USER" friendly. Simple assembly.

I purchased a new Searwood in June. Coming from a Smokefire, with very few issues, all I can say is the Searwood is a huge upgrade. You still need to practice grease control but I no longer need to worry about pellet flow issues. The rotisserie option is worth the cost of the upgrade.
