Hi all, I have ordered myself a Searwood XL 600 for Christmas, currently on back order, but hopefully arriving before Xmas Day.
Im in Australia and new to this smoked meats game, a total novice. Previously just had a 4 burner gas grill.
My research tells me the Searwood will hold me in good stead.
Have bought a bunch of accessories to go with it; double rotisserie, rotisserie basket, grill basket and side table
