Afternoon all, could someone give me a bit of help regards what has happened to my ex4? I was doing burnt ends on Saturday all going good for 3 hours then all of a sudden from my window this happened. I could not shut it down also?

You had a flame-out. It fed more pellets to try to increase the set temp but all it did was this. You'll have to clean out the pellets in the bottom and in the firepot then restart
