I’m already starting my SOTM. I’m going to do several then pic my fav. I want another badge. Good job all you guys on last month. Been lazing off the grilling for a few because it’s too stinking hot to be outside grilling. 110+is too hot

This may be my entry. But I’m not sure. These are manicotti stuffed shotgun shells. I hot sausage, one mild mixed with cheddar, Tabasco, and Tony’s. And wrapped in bacon. On the EX6 for 1.75 hrs at 275, the 20 minutes at 350. Stubbs bbq sauce basted the las 30 minutes. Kind of chewy, but very tasty
