Weber Smokefire won't ignite

Have only had for 6 months, 3rd time using and it won’t ignite. Message was E6, did all the troubleshooting including putting a new glow plug in and still won’t ignite. It initially did with the first glow plug, got to required temp then temp decreased and it shut down. From that point on it won’t go any higher then 24 degrees (even with the new glow plug)

I've had my EX6 since May 2022 and have had zero issues so I can't offer any advice on dealing with problems. I know there are lots of negative comments about how terrible Smokefire support is but I would encourage you to at least call or email. I know these rigs are a lot more technical but Weber support was always there for me with warranty and replacement issues through my 45 years of kettle cooking.
