What's your Sous Vide setup?

I've seen more BBQ videos recently talk about Sous Vide for reheating BBQ. Any fans of this method? Any suggestions for a kit?

I have an Anova Precision cooker though I haven’t used it for reheating BBQ. I use it mostly for cheesecakes and egg bites.
