Why did I spend $1000?

Well, once again I have a E02 error message! Second time. Bought new Sept 1. Cooked every night on it since. Even without a faulty probe.
After spending the last week with Weber over the faulty probe, I finally received a new one today. Good news, it works, bad news, now I have the second E02 code. So frustrated at Weber, I fired up my kettle to make our flank steak!
Cave man fire is simpler in a kettle vs. Weber electronics!!

Not happy!

Had no reply from Weber today on the issue. I'm so frustrate with reliability issues. Kind of feel like they just said, GET EM OUT TO PUBLIC< WE WILL FIX THEM LATER! Not cool. At 75 years old, I didn't spend $1,000 too crawl under the unit to remove fan and make sure it is plugged in properly and no debris blocking fan {pellets). so, your design may allow pellets near fan?
I don't have the time, nor desire to be Weber's Tech.
I'm about a day or two from demanding a full refund and demanding they come get this anchor off my patio!
Can you say that I'm a bit annoyed at Weber?
