And my smokefire journey begins.

Why not.

Sold all my kettles and Q. Still have my WSM. Which I have had for near on 25 years and way too many fine meals
To not keep.

Used to do my paella on my kettle, turned out good to.

Any-how thought I would say g'day and welcome to my 6 with a WTF.

Traditional, liquid 1st.

Sorry, I was so exited that the 6 did the job, I forgot to take a full photo of it. You can just see a tiny bit next to a 2.5kg red snapper that I chucked in as back up.

Love this thing.

The paella pan just fit..

Looks good.
Might be worth keeping hold of a gas BBQ for TFB days though.
