Brass colored nuts in legs

Does anyone know what the brass colored nuts in the bottom of the legs near the casters are for?

Saw that too. I think they are intended to lock the caster bolts in, after leveling. But they didn't supply anything for them.

That’s what I was thinking but with no hardware or anything in the manual I wasn’t sure. I was hoping maybe related to some future accessories but locking the casters makes a lot of sense Based on where they are.
