I can’t lie I am a bells and whistles kind of guy!
I’d have to look up where I got that grate from, it was a guy in Arizona and he has a wait list.
It isn’t stainless as I would prefer but I have done a nice job of seasoning it and it looks pretty good.

Maybe the grates from Joe’s Grill Grates, he is listed in one the FB groups I follow dedicated to the SF. If this is correct, I can message you info, I just reached out to him and mid October is the next date he is doing EX6 grates.
