Smokefire EX4
Howdy from College Station, TX! My Surefire EX4 finally arrived on a truck Monday and got assembled and software updates yesterday.

Did the initial "seasoning burn" this morning while a pack of chicken breasts were soaking in brine.

I am truly impressed with the ease of operation. My last smoker was a Gator Pit offset stick burner. I rarely used it because of the time and effort required. I will definitely be running through a lot of pellets. I can foresee using this several times a week, and the oven taking an almost permanent vacation.

Lovin' life on the darkside of the smoker world!

I AM YOUR FATHER! Welcome to the so called dark side. It’s lighter over here though. I did charcoal and gas for years, but my EX6 opened up whole new horizons. Enjoy.

Welcome to the site. You are going to love your EX 4. The Smokefire is an amazing smoker. There is not much you can't do with this smoker. You get some incredible food out of this cooker.
