That last months chili cook inspired me. I was checking out some bbq pit boys stuff, and came across this chili cook. I kind of cheated making it in the kitchen, but Iām letting it simmer on the SF to finish up. 3 medium onions, 1red bell pepper, 3 jalepeno, 1lbs pork sausage, 2 polish sausages, 4 12 oz chili sauces, 2 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp habenero hot sauce, and 1 tbsp black pepper.
