Anyone had the display start going out? From the right side to the middle of screen is significantly darker. Getting ready to put some ribs on. Hope it doesn't cause a problem. I tried power cycling and checking cord.

Edit- 5 mins later it looks normal. Maybe just weather related?

Not here. I did have some minor issues when temps were like -10F. They went away once the unit started heating up. Keep us posted. These things happen with all brands. Curious about the outcome. 🤞🏼

I didn't have any issues with the cook yesterday. A few minutes after I posted the pic, I went back out and the screen was fine and stayed that way the rest of the cook.

Still shouldn't be doing it though so worth doing something about it.

I sent the pic to Weber for advice. I'll post thier responce.

Weber is sending a new one. They said they have seen this before, but never just half the screen. Typically, the whole thing goes dark. The LCD screen is failing and the only fix is replacement. It isn't a common issue. Great support and only 2 days to have my email answered by a personal call. I should have new part by the end of the week.

Thanks for the update. Great to hear positive outcomes. 👍🏻
