Hi, I'm Bruce! Just moved back to Oklahoma from Alaska, where we spent the past 9 years. Glad to be home where some good smokin' hardwoods are more available. That alder wood up north just wasn't doing it for me on my beef and pork. Anyway, I have a few grills, starting with my Weber Kettle. I also have a couple of Weber Genesis 325s, A Weber Smokey Mountain, and my newest addition to the pack, a Weber Searwood XL 600. I also have an electric Masterbuilt smoker that I use mainly for fish. I enjoy doing a wide variety of food on my grills, and am a firm believer that if you can cook it inside the house it'll be a lot better when you cook it outside. Hope to get to know a lot of you!
