I have recently purchased a Kamado E6 grill after years of using Weber kettles and about 50 or so other grills, including a Big Green Egg. My wife says that i have actually owned more grills than my age (78), but she might be stretching a bit!!!!!!! LOL. Anyway, I have cooked in several amateur competitions and have been told that I am a good cook. I still look forward to any suggestions that may help me produce better quality results in the future.
