Messed up the previous attempt

Son bought some ribeye roasts. Cut off the bone, and sliced into steaks. Seasoned with Kinders the blend seasoning. Turned out really good. Added a pad of butter to each. No sauces needed. Turned right at medium/medium rare. Also these were grilled on my Weber SSP. Kingsford competition briquettes.

That's not thunder you hear, that's my stomach rumbling. Nice job.

Chicken breast on my SSP. Holy gospel and brigade chicken rub. SBR sweet vidalia onion sauce. Corn on my gasser. Wife did mashed potatoes inside.

Alright been super busy. Doing a 200 person cook…all on my Weber kettles. 8 large pork shoulders and 22 tritip. Not many good pics of tritip. Beans and potatoe salad, and 200 jalapeño peppers.

They did ask for enough pork to feed 100, and tritip to feed 100, but beans and potato salad and peppers for 200
