Pellet Joe - this looks interesting

So we just did the first cook on this bad boy. I'm actually pretty impressed by it. Put it at 600F for half a hour. Everybody knows how much pellets the SF wil eat at that temp. This one.. looks like nothing was used.. only negative thing for me is that its pretty small. Don't get why they didn't make the big joe as a pellet grill..

It looks great. What did you cook and how was the smoke flavor and ring?

We did burgers and yesterday some steaks. Was pretty good. Doenst use a lot of pellets. Only negative about it for me is the size.. its a lot of money for a small cooking service. If you put a couple hundred extra you can get a yoder.
