I’ve tried a couple types of charcoal pellets and I’m not a fan. Not because of flavor or any of that, but the augers on the pellet grills are noticeably “screaming” at you the whole cook. They are definitely harder and produce wear on the system. The juice was not worth the squeeze for me. I do see guys like Heath Riles using them which gives them credibility even with me. Just my 2 cents which is worth about 1 cent.
