I’m guessing when you ordered it that it was a presale based on commitments from their supplier (Weber). Their supplier didn’t come through, either for some or all of the commitment (not unusual for a major product launch).
Lowe’s is saying they can have an EX4 into my local store by next Monday. We shall see.

Amazon says I’ll have it by 6:00 pm tomorrow. Keeping my fingers crossed. Saw that the website now says out of stock.
 
I too have been itching to get this. I will, however, be patient and have Lowes assemble and deliver. Getting Lazy in my old age...According to Weber, it will take 2 people a couple of hours
 
Glad to see you guys finally getting the grills! Like many others have mentioned, please share your thoughts with us once you have some grilling' time in!
 
Finally my amazon order has been processed be here Feb 14th -18th!!!!!! I think i checked 30 times today before it finally changed lol

I wonder if the demand for this grill even surprised Weber a bit. I bought my first Weber, a Genesis, a couple of years ago, but I am a fan. Not inexpensive, but very well built and dependable. You don't get such a good reputation by accident.

Mine changed to preparing for shipment this afternoon and my card is showing a pending charge. Still no confirmation on when it will ship.

Mine arrived from Lowes today and it took me 70 minutes alone with a bathroom break. It has been worth the wait and the quality exceeds my high expectations!
