Grilled some petite sirloins last night. I thought I took a picture, but I found out I didn’t. Anyway, turned out great! Updated software, cranked it up to 500. About 15 minutes total. Approx. 3-4 minutes then half turn for grill marks, then flipped and same on the next. Came out perfect. I’m also using charcoal flavor pellets. I really liked the flavor.

I don’t remember what brand, sorry. I did buy them at Walmart though.
