In this Weber Smoke Fire Stealth Edition review, I share my experience cooking on this pit and talk about the changes Weber made to this model.I've been cooking on Weber Stealth for about a month and have smoked a full-packer brisket, St. Louis ribs, and even pizza. Everything has turned out fantastic. Weber Stealth does a great job smoking meat, but I was really impressed with how this pit can grill. In fact, grilled shrimp on Weber Stealth turned out to be some of the best I tasted.

I watched this one when it came out 6 months ago.
I never got over the fact that he swapped out the crafted grates.
