I originally posted this as a reply to another thread but figured I'd create it on its own due to the significant amount of positive feedback and interest. I take no credit for the design, but I do have a 3D printer and printed these legs in PETG. They turned out to be a perfect match for the Weber Spirit grill.

After adding a set of locking casters, I can now move the grill around with ease. For what it's worth, I initially left the wagon wheels on and only installed two casters on the fixed-leg side. It sat level and worked fine, but I ultimately decided to go with casters on all four corners. The swap took about 10 minutes and uses the same screws already on the grill. No modifications required.

If you're interested in a set, send me a DM. I'll print the parts, install the threaded inserts, and include the hardware needed to mount the casters. You can purchase the casters separately on Amazon here https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0F3XM158Y?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1. I've been doing them for $75 shipped. I'm not trying to make a living from this, just helping fund the hobby.

The last picture with the wagon wheels is from someone who got a set but decided to leave the wagon wheels on. The adapters work on all corners!
