What’s cooking on Your Weber Grill, Smoker, or Griddle? 🔥🥩🍖

I think you have a future as a pitmaster! Damn few people would have taken on all three at once, Not even seasoned bbq competitors

thanks 🙂

the mix was imo optimal - pork belly for lunch, pulled pork instead of the 3pm cake 😉 and brisket for dinner 🙂

Smoked up a meatloaf, asparagus, and whipped up a quick and easy Mac&Cheese.

How did the Chex Mix turn out (or as Canadians say, Nuts & Bolts)? I make them every year. For a smoky taste, I add smoked paprika, but I've never heard of smoking them!
Came really great. Nice flavor and crunchy. I just made another batch and added hot sauce to the butter, worchester sauce, and rub mix.

Did some ribs this week.

Your pork brisket bones look awesome. Do you have a favorite chef for recipes, or are you just naturally talented?! How long did you leave the Chef Mix in for, and what temp? I'd love to give it a shot.

Basically at 259° for an hour turning every 15 minutes. Bettering i mean using a spoon ang gently taking the bottom mix and pulling it to the top for better smoke flavor.

Some chicken thighs from Feb 2nd.
